Hotel is a great location...

Liked: Great location at the bottom of the town centre , especially if you're using the train. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Everything was good

Great value and location.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and it is only a couple of minutes walk from the train and bus station.
Disliked: The room was small and there is no kettle. Because of the size of the room it’s tricky to access your suitcase without it being in the way.

Liked: Lovely room, friendly staff, great location, overall exactly what I was looking for.
Disliked: The main doors of the hotel are closed at night and there's no key to get in - my partner and I smoke, so when we wanted to go outside we had to ask a member of staff to let us out and in each time. They were friendly and helpful, it was just a bit of an awkward system!
