Disliked: There were a lot of hairs on the sheets and the sink in the bathroom was broken and the water couldn't flow away. Please don't expect them to agree to your requests because they will refuse to accept your requests after you arrive at the store by saying that they didn't receive the message.

Liked: The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We were quite surprised by nice breakfast, it had quite a lot of options (but not much so for vegans) and it was overall tasty. The noise isolation is very good and you can't hear anything with closes windows, but it also means you can't really keep windows open because of the planes.
Disliked: The room was quite small and hot in the night even with air conditioner. We were only provided with one big towel, which might not be comfortable for longer stays. Would be also nice to have some storage space in the entryway.

Liked: Very good room, facilities and location. Easily accessible from the airport and city centre.

Disliked: Staff was so bad and rude even the shift manager too. They did not let us to have the food as it was for 24 hours available. We were in the lobby and they turn the lights off on us and left us sitting in the dark. My husband spoke to the manager she wouldn't listen and she was so rude. It like the all planed to not to deal with us. It feal like rasing harassment. Even they did not let me son have the breakfast next morning. Refuse to let him breakfast but allow other person to go buy telling him its close, as they were still serving. How can you refuse the child on food very very very bad experience and disappointment on ibis in lisbon

Liked: On the positive side, I liked the breakfast — it was tasty and nicely presented, but I was disappointed that there were no vegetables offered. I also appreciated that the hotel had parking available, which was convenient, although the parking spots were very narrow and difficult to maneuver in.
Disliked: When I arrived at my room, I found the door open, which was very unsettling. It turned out a housekeeper was inside cleaning, and she left shortly after. I had valuable belongings in the room, and I spent about 10 minutes looking for her on the floor to understand what was going on.I went to the reception to report the situation. They asked for my room number, then went somewhere, and when they came back, they told me the cleaner had asked them to apologize and wanted to know if anything was missing. However, I never received a personal apology.Later, when I saw the housekeeper again and asked her if she had been in my room, I had to use a translator app to try to speak with her, but she couldn’t respond in English at all. This made communication extremely difficult.Overall, the experience made me feel uncomfortable and unsure about the safety and professionalism at the hotel.
