Liked: Great location, close to everything we needed. Exceptional friendly staff. Beautiful relaxing rooftop area. Roku TV worked out very well.
Disliked: No shampoo or washcloths. Air conditioning was very loud. A lot of steps, no elevator.

Liked: Good location. Convenient.
Disliked: Hair in sheets and on floor. No water pressure in shower. Water just trickled out. Beds not comfortable. Not enough towels in room. Towels and sheets were stained. No wash clothes. Asked for some and never got them.

Lack of Price-Quality Relation

Liked: The staff is friendly and readily assists with any inquiries. The location is very good, conveniently close to museums, "la placita," and the beach, all within walking distance. Furthermore, accessing the premises from the airport and/or Old San Juan is hassle-free and economical via a local bus. The facilities are clean.
Disliked: The facilities are outdated and have not seen upgrades in decades. The furniture is of poor quality, and the rooms lack basic comfort amenities. Both the TV and WiFi were non-functional during my stay. The shower experience was particularly disappointing, with minimal water pressure—almost akin to a trickle.
