Disliked: Bathroom light in our second room kept turning itself on, disturbing sleep.No breakfast available.

A wonderful few days in...

Liked: The location back from the road was wonderful because it helped make things much quieter and more cozy. Further, the hotel was close to many, many amenities that makes it a perfect location.
Disliked: The mattress was a little bit firm for me but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Poor

Liked: Clean Vanity and Bathroom (by contrast with garage sale castoff bedroom).10 minutes from our City of Hope destination.
Disliked: Bed looked like they picked it up off the street where someone left it with a "Free" sign.Ditto for junk dresser. There was a coffee maker but no coffee packets etc.

Liked: This hotel ended up being far above my expectations. It was a hidden gem, the hotel was tucked away from the busy streets with still being walking distance to So many places to dine a huge shopping center, and as for my room I was checked in to the hotels smallest room accommodations a queen size room but it still felt spacious everything was so clean and the rooms decor was perfect.
Disliked: my only gripe was that they didn't Provide the customer with luggage carts. The hotel didn't own not one. and parking was not close to my room.It was a hassle, Carrying all my luggage to the room from my car, And then back to my car at checkout
