Exceptional

We will definitely be staying...

Liked: We came with a large group for a colorguard competition. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group as we needed an extra space to braid hair. They provided extra towels by the pool for our large group. They were extremely kind, patient, and helpful.
Disliked: The hot tub was a little weird.

Will definitely not be staying...

Liked: Toi expensive and most items were cold
Disliked: Bathtub didn't drain while taking a shower. Standing in 6 inches of water while showering was gross.Carpet was filthy.Coffee machine had coffee left in it from previous guests.Bed was made with comforter and then sheet on top.

Liked: Check in and hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Room was cramped and beds were small and uncomfortable. Tub also did not drain properly and toilet seat was flimsy and not secured.

Disliked: Definitely overdue for Regular maintenance. New Mattresses, Larger TV Etc Etc.
