I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Liked: The owners are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are amazing and location is really near the city centre.
Disliked: Like with most stays, internet could be a little stronger. Also, there isn't number 11. I can only give 10. 😁

Liked: Frindly family personal stuff, clean rooms, tasty, breakfast. Relaxing, silent place.

Nice people and great location

Liked: Great location for the old town and a swift U Bahn ride to the Mess Halle. The hotel is very clean and easy. Lovely people. Very helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was light

Lovely hotel with friendly staff

Liked: Great hotel in a lovely part of town. Very friendly and helpful staff that gave us recommendations for excellent lunch and dinner options and directions on how to catch the train to the airport. Big clean room with good facilities. Great breakfast! We would absolutely stay here again.
Disliked: Just FYI that there isn't an elevator. Not a problem for us, but something to consider for those who travel with big luggage or have trouble with stairs.

Wonderful, will return

Liked: Impeccably clean and very quiet. Comfortable beds. The room and bathroom were fairly spacious, not crammed. Nice neighborhood, good public transportation to the city center.
Disliked: All was wonderful, no real complaint. An electric tea kettle would have been wonderful: I was caught in a storm walking back to the hotel. I would have loved a hot tea. The hot shower helped just as much :).

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. Hotel owners were very kind and helpful. I only had a few hours to explore downtown Frankfurt, and the hotel owners gave me a map and helped plan a route so I could see most everything before catching my flight. The Star Wars LEGO decorations were a nice, personal touch! The hotel room was very clean. The location was excellent for walking around. It was right across the street from a pizza restaurant.
Disliked: I liked everything about the hotel. There is nothing I did not like. If anyone is looking for a 24-hour hotel, this is not it, because the hotel owners close at 10pm so they can sleep too! Which is completely reasonable, since they are the only people I saw at the front desk.
