Great hotel but worst experience...

Liked: Hotel is amazing, wished to stay there again but unfortunately I had very bad experience in Brussels, was attacked by pickpockets on the way from Airport to hotel and all my money were gone, so I will never return to Brussels. Such thing never happend with my in 40 years of traveling…Can see that the owners are thinking about their quests and so on till the smallest details. Just wished that someone could warn about danger in the way to hotel as I have asked what is the best way to come to the hotel.. but ok.Definitely, in another country if I see such hotels I would love to stay again.

Liked: Location and mantras
Disliked: Bad concept far away of hospitality, no personal on site, electronic mobile key to open external door, elevator, room did not work , took 1 hour to fix with call center, they don’t clean the room each day, no new towels, coffee, remote control battery dead so so tv … this is a ghostly disguised in Airbnb and feels like a cemetery. Bad deal!
