Liked: Well situated close to the Grand Place and Gare Centrale. Lovely reception area with plenty of comfy seating.
Disliked: Apart from one hanging rail, there was no other storage in the bedroom. It would have benefitted from some drawers, or at least some shelves below the hanging rail. Bedroom smaller than expected.

Liked: Facilities and staff were exceptional. The water filler machine on my floor with an included glass water bottle in my hotel room is a great idea and much appreciated. The bed was wonderful and allows for a great night's sleep. The espresso machine in the lobby was great. And the hotel gym is amazing with almost every kind of equipment available for a great workout.
Disliked: The room was on the smaller side, the room doors close loud so if neighbors are entering or leaving their room late at night/early in the morning the sound can wake you up, and there were few toiletries (no lotion) in the bathroom.
