Very satisfied with the hotel....
Liked: Everything was fine. We arrived early and I asked for an early check in if possible. And it was possible without extra charge. The staff is very polite and friendly. Breakfast is also very nice. We also had an early check out at about 2am. And the staff advised us to take breakfast with us to the airport. It was very nice. Thank a lot. Also the hotel has a really good location.

Disliked: It didn’t have an elevator and I now have back pain from carrying my bags up flights of stairs. I will need to see a Physio because of it.

Liked: Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff. Excellent central location for getting around the city via tunnelbana. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: The configuration of the front entry isn't very inviting, but it's not untypical for traditional urban European hotels, and it's only a first-time impression.
