Pleasant

Great location for trains. Clean...

Liked: It was located less than 8 minutes walk between Gare du Nord and Gare du L'est, and Magenta metro, perfect for our arrival and departure. We had a deluxe room with balcony, it claimed to be a terrace but it was a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Great for people watching at breakfast or evening. The room was a good size for Paris standards. It was the only hotel we stayed in during our 3 week journey that provided decent a/c, si could sleep.Reception staff were very helpful with directions, even coming out of the hotel to show exactly which route we should take. They also gave good recommendations.
Disliked: Nothing really. It would be helpful if the prestay info mentioned that you need to take a lift or outdoor elevator to get from gare du l'est. It was tricky for us as there was a massive lightning storm, which made using both of those inadvisable.We had been in touch 2 hours earlier, due to train delays, they might've advised us then.

Liked: Nice room for breakfast. The staff is amazing. Good location.
Disliked: Small double bed for two people. No closet to storage cloths. Room with a street view is a little noisy at night.

Great place near train station

Liked: The location is amazing, its 2 mints from the international train station where you can go to EU cities, there is a metro as well to Paris Centre, many and many cafes, shops, resturants around the hotel, Definitly staying there again for the location, the breakfast very good, they have every thing you need to start your day, reception is very very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

Nice hotel with exceptional staff

Liked: Location is next to the main train station in Paris (could be advantage, but be prepared for noisy and possible unpleasant surrounding out of the hotel). Rooms are small, but recently furnished and very clean. Good window insolation with the outside world. Hotel staff is very very good trained, polite and helpful. It is exceptional.
