Good

Spontaneous stopover after flight cancellation.

Liked: Spotlessly clean, very convenient location for Eurostar , and GLASS DOOR lifts , which is great for people like me who dont like lifts.

Exceptional

Very comfortable but a bit...

Liked: Very clean, rooms are a good size, and well designed.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we were woken at 4.00 am by loud voices just outside the hotel. This continued till about 6.00 am. Although we had been told reception were contactable all night, there was no answer when we rang.Greater sound-proofing, eg triple glazing of s needed, in our opinion.

Liked: Everything was perfect, but most importantly, the people at the reception were outstanding — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.

Convenient location for trains.

Liked: For us is was all good.
Disliked: This is not about the hotel itself but its location. Which is both perfect and not so perfect. Need to be mindful and cautious as very close to train station which is great but also comes with warning sign in terms of late night activity and crime.
