Liked: 24h room service
Disliked: This place is built as a four-star hotel but in reality is a sex Motel. We disliked the lack of security because there is no way to lock your door, the toilet bowl was loose, the water was tepid, the faux leather back was ruined the two pillows were paper thin and the room smelled like cigarettes. We checked out a day earlier even though they didn't offer a refund for that day, or anything.

Liked: We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Autodromo for the Formula 1 race weekend. Although the area seems a bit industrial, it was perfectly safe for walking around the nearby neighborhoods for food. Only a 15 minute walk to the race track. Perfect for us. The hotel had nicely decorated, clean rooms. The breakfast provided to our room was very simple, but always hot, and certainly enough to power us up for the start of the day. The staff were the most friendly & accommodating of any I've ever experienced, especially considering their patience with our limited Spanish. On the days we went to the Centro Historic area, there were plenty of options for hailing a cab on the street outside or using one of the many ride-share apps being used in Mexico City (try DiDi ... very cheap). An absolutely wonderful experience.
Disliked: Breakfast one day was late and didn't arrive before we had to leave for our schedule. The staff took this error very seriously and very apologetic. Every other day the breakfast arrived exactly on time to when we ordered it.

Disliked: Is was very messy, the bed had hairs everywhere, the floor was dusty, there was no shampoo, towels, I had to call and change rooms because it was horrible and the other room was exactly the same.
