Liked: The location is perfect for anyone who needs to be in the center. It is equidistant between the station and the centro storico.The facilities are very clean. Compliments to the cleaning stuff. The desk is open 24 hours. The streets are very well lit for those from the city.All services such as grocery, pharmacies, and tourism is all situated near the property.
Disliked: Everything was very good. I reserved a room without breakfast because I always have caffè e cornetto at a bar - there are so many good ones nearby. One morning at the hotel, without thinking, seeing others eating breakfast, I took a coffee and an egg in the breakfast area. The food service person asked me my room number and reminded me that I had not reserved, nor paid for the breakfast option.I immediately stopped drinking the coffee, an espresso, and had not touched the hard boiled egg yet. I was still charged for the breakfast when I checked out. I would just mention, of course, to simply remember if the room was reserved with, or without breakfast.
