Liked: The location is amazing. You can walk to most of the attractions in the city, there are plenty of bar and good restaurants around. The room is spacious.
Disliked: The coffee area is very cramped, it's impossible to walk between the tables without bumping into them. The staff is not polite.

Liked: The hotel is in the city center near to shops, restaurants and sights.
Disliked: Noisy place because of the tourists. We needed the parking place but from the hotel reception rejected this service, so we needed to use the public parking lot, which was near. This was an additional 25 euros cost.

Liked: Brilliant location, close to main attractions in old town and for access to train station. Staff on reception very helpful. Was adequate for our needs for the few days we were in Bologna.
Disliked: Breakfast had to be booked the day before and extras to those available on the buffet could be added but form didn't really provide detailed options. Tried to get sliced bread for toasting but ended up with cheese and ham sandwich to toast! Having said that could easily find enough to eat. Room was very dark with no natural light in bathroom which consequently smelt very musty. There was a small bar area but seating was very limited so didn't socialize with our friends in the hotel on our return each evening.
