Liked: Loved the hotel and staff!

Upgraded to a wonderful room....

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, with a nice selection of hot and cold items and baked goods. Only negative, was the limited selection of fresh fruit. Very nice dining room used for breakfast, possible to eat inside or out in garden.
Disliked: I discovered that I had been charged twice for my hotel stay, the night before I was scheduled to depart. (Prepaid through booking.com, and then charged again at the hotel at check-in.) When I brought this to the attention at the front desk, a cash refund was issued promptly. Although the issue was rectified immediately, it would have been better had the hotel discovered the mistake and brought this to my attention. What would have happened if I did not discover this mistake until much later, after I had checked out and left the country?

Disliked: They forgot to clean my room, and when it was needed, nobody was at reception for 30 minutes, so not the best experience of my life

Liked: Nice hotel and good location. There is a very nice park for walk your dog wihtout leash close by

Lovely place

Liked: The position of the hotel is perfect, you can easily go everywhere just by walking. Apartments are cosy and spacious.
Disliked: Air condiotion was disaster, we couldn't get to sleep at all... For a 5 stars, really bad.

Nice holiday stay.

Liked: Excellent location - all essential central parts of Prague are in a walking distance. Good noise isolation from the street - you can barely hear the trams passing by on the nearby street.
Disliked: Although restorant food and variety is abundant, some seasonal/locally sourced additions would be welcome. July is the season for local fruits, isn't it?Noise isolation between rooms could be better (especially the doors between adjacent apartments).

I highly recommend...when I come...

Liked: The staff was very friendly, especially one person at the reception...i should not mention the name
Disliked: There is nothing to say because everything was so perfect.
