Love it!

Liked: Staff is excellent and Location is great. 24/7 cafe bar included in your reservation. You can order a variety of drinks and snacks.
Disliked: The only thing I can say is that rooms are small.

Liked: We loved everything… Wonderful staff (especially Patricia) and service! Great location. Free food and non-alcoholic drinks except beer 24/7. Lovely breakfast.

A lovely hotel with excellent...

Liked: The service was phenomenal from the moment we walked in until we checked out. The front desk staff, porters, housekeeping, café servers. Everyone was so friendly and beyond accommodating. I was celebrating my birthday and they made me feel so special.
Disliked: My only two complaints were that the lighting in the room was very cold and bright, and the bathroom could use at least one more hook for towels.

Second time there, will be...

Liked: The hotel was inviting, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly and every amenity was so thoughtful - delicious breakfast, 24/7 cafe, water bottle coolers on each floor, and complimentary walking tour. It was everything one could ever need on a vacation!
