We enjoyed our stay

Liked: Central location easy access to different attractions and restaurants.
Disliked: The breakfast staff are either under staffed or very unorganized. The staff that are there are working hard and things get missed because they are just running from one table to the other. The breakfast was ok!

Can’t wait to stay at...

Liked: The hotel staff were lovely. We had the most interaction with concierges Elizabeth and Regina who saw to our every request — they offered excellent restaurant recommendations, arranged a capable and professional driver to take us to and from the pyramids at Teotihuacan, and even left us a heartwarming goodbye letter. AND they even tracked down the name of an obscure store we were hoping to visit — they found a proverbial “needle in a haystack” for us! So grateful to them for their top notch service and kindness! The location in the historic center was marvelous — convenient to many top sights. Our room was very clean. And the on premises cafe, which offered a solid variety of sandwiches, wraps, salads, and drinks at no extra cost, was a perk we greatly appreciated! We would stay at Centro Historico again in a heartbeat!

Liked: The location was very convenient. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Shout out to the breakfast crew: especially Arturo and Gonzalo who went above and beyond. Pleasantly surprised by the 24 hour complementary cafeteria service.
