Hotel Herzoghof

Very good

Liked: Great location opposite the park and the casino and 2 minutes from the centre of town. A nice old style hotel.
Disliked: Not a great breakfast. The orange juice appeared almost diluted a few days. And reception was unmanned after 7 pm. I have no idea what would have happened in an emergency e.g. a lost key. a hotel should really be manned 24 hours. Or if it's not, it should be highlighted on the website for worriers like me.

Very nice and relaxing.

Liked: The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Our window was looking at the beautiful park. It is a great location, and the breakfast was very nice. The hotel has its own ambiance.
Disliked: Everything was OK.

Your stay close to Baden...

Liked: Nice location with a charming view over Kurpark and Casino. Rooms with balconies are especially recommended for this purpose. Old-fashioned in a nice way with rooms furnished in my favourite Poirot style :) Comfortable, clean, and spacious room. With rather big bathtub. The hotel has its own nice cafe and bar. Cute and cosy. It's a pity they close rather early in the evening. Oh, and they even have their own cinema! With the possibility of "private movie seance" booking.
Disliked: There was a little coffee machine in the room but no electric kettle to make tea. The fridge in my room didn't work but I suppose it'll be fixed soon.

Hostel-like experience

Liked: Location is ok
Disliked: Hostel-like experience. No service at the hotel even during the stated working hours. No water in the room, no WiFi

Superb

Liked: Wonderful location, across the Casino and the Park where you could spend hours walking. Nice central location to also walk through the central town area. The staff were very helpful when we arrived a little late and a really wonderful breakfast. All in all, really worth the stay.

Perfect for an overnight trip...

Liked: Rooms were great and spacious. The gentleman who greeted us when we arrived was really friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast but coffee and tea were available in the rooms. highly recommend
