This charming hotel lies in central Santiago next to Alameda Park and a 5-minute walk from Santiago Cathedral. It is a heritage-listed building with friendly 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi. Super staff wonderful hotel

Liked: The staff were wonderful! They got our room ready at 8am, so we were able to start enjoying Santiago right away. The breakfast was good and the torta de Santiago was one of the best we have in our trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much thanks to the superb hotel staff.
Disliked: The showers were tiny buy we managed. It was a small inconvenience that is all.

Be aware of theft !!!

Disliked: While my luggage was stored at the hotel (behind the reception) waiting for the room to be available, things were stolen from my luggage. There was no help at all to get from the reception when I told them about the situation.. Do absolutely NOT recommend!!!

Excellent value and very welcoming.

Liked: Close to the old city, back onto a nice park, excellent breakfast service and good car parking arrangement.
