Liked: The location was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Our room was directly below the dining area and we could hear chairs scraping along the floor which sounded quite loud in our room, sometimes this would go on until after midnight and keep us awake.

Liked: Returning customer after almost 20 years and this property is just as special. The room details are all so thoughtful and staff makes you feel welcomed and cared for in an authentic way. The location is right next to the Ponte Vecchio and some of Florence’s best gelato. We ate at the rooftop restaurant two nights in a row and were not disappointed. The food and service were lovely and the staff seemed happy we returned to enjoy another meal. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. The location was wonderful, so central!
Disliked: Lift did not go to ground floor. This was not clear on the hotels details. I struggled with the entrance stairs, so unlikely to return . I did love the roof top views. Staff charming and helpful.

Disliked: Renovation work at the hotel was loud. Some of the staff, particularly housekeeping, were very good; others not so much.
