Absolutely WONDERFUL!!

Liked: Location was perfect, close to everything. Receptionists were FANATASTIC, so friendly, professional and helpful. Decor of whole hotel was wonderful.
Disliked: Slow elevator was well worth all the more important plusses of HH. We loved our stay here in every way.

Liked: The staff here went above and beyond to help my friend and I to finally get our lost baggage from the airport (we had waited an entire week). The rooms were nice but the location can be a little noisy at night.
Disliked: It would be great if vegan breakfast options could be added to the menu besides just fruit.

Liked: The receptionists were always very helpful and polite.
Disliked: Lift to reach the first floor, from where you get another (slow) lift to the 5th floor where the reception is located.
