Disappointing

Disliked: The woman on reception was terribly rude, and because I didn't understand her well, she was angry, and called the Ukrainian cleaner who explained everything to me, because as the receptionist said, "she doesn't have enough nerves." My rest and mood were completely ruined because of that rude employee who was on shift 12/26/24
