Exceptional

Liked: The room was really lovely and clean. Hotel is very beautiful and the staff was professional and nice. We were able to check out early and we even got breakfast to go.

Room much too small

Liked: Near underground station. The Søder neighborhood is lively.
Disliked: The cheap version of the double rooms is much too small. They should be sold for one person. There is not sufficiently space for two normal size persons with one small suitcase and a bag.And the beds have seen better times - I am very polite.Conclusion: this is not acceptable.

Lovely hotel for a great...

Liked: The hotel building itself is beautiful with history behind it. Breakfast was great and staff were really all lovely and very polite. The hotel and room had all the amenities we needed. Metro was very close.
Disliked: The room was a little bit smaller than what I had expected.

Decent hotel with a cool...

Liked: Cool hotel in a very old building, feels historic and has character. Good location as well, right next to Zinkensdamm stop for the metro and walkable to a lot too.
Disliked: Due to the building be old (which is cool in and of itself), it feels like most everything could use a real deep clean. Beds are okay but old spring bed type. And bathroom, at least in the moderate room we had, is extremely tiny - if you’re big, good luck sitting on the toilette as the sink is so close you basically have to rest your arms on the sink while sitting. Breakfast was just okay, and felt fairly unhygienic honestly.

Quirky and comfy older hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was great, room size ok and bed very comfy.Staff friendly and accommodating. Coffee / tea available from a lounge area 24/7.Close to public transport - 1 block from a metro station
Disliked: Bathroom very small.

Liked: By far my best stay in the city. Location is perfect. The breakfast is great and the hotel itself is very charming. Would stay again!
