Very good

Liked: Property was very nice and the room was great! Bed was comfortable and bathroom nice too.
Disliked: The lack of airconditioning (wasn’t promised) was a bit tough with the loud noise on the outside. Also lack of hand towels the first night.

Disliked: Some rooms are noisy (on the front). Rooms were very hot.

Choose Hellsten hotel! It's excellent...

Cosy design, but lacks basics

Liked: Toilet tiles, good thick doors, nice lobby and terrace
Disliked: No conditioning and air ventilation, so you have to keep windows open at all times, which lets in sounds and interrupts sleep.Bad smell when coming back, either cleaners vacuum needs replacing filters or it might be the way bathroom drainage is made - the smell block might be missing or broken.Also, restaurant food is very meh

Liked: The room was clean. Breakfast is fine - nothing special taste wise but with a good selection.
Disliked: No any ventilation. I'm not saying about AC but even no access to the natural air. There was only a fan which didn't help much. It was working the whole time I was in the room but still I didn't sleep well because of the stale air.
