Liked: Great location. Cleanliness
Disliked: Air conditioning. Fancy lighting technology was a pain. Bathroom doors were ridiculously heavy to slide close.

Very disappointed that the hotel...

Disliked: Our stay at the hotel was basically ruined due to the loud concert that played outside our room. Ms. Sheree Hererra promised us a $300 credit through Booking but we have still not received. I have contacted the hotel regarding this matter several times and each time they promise to issue the credit, Can you help us?

Liked: The staff were so helpful especially Tyrees. He attended to our needs from start to finish.The rooms were exceptional.. the best accommodations we have had in California to date. The beds were so comfortable, amenities complete.
