Good basic room, but unfortunately...

Liked: The location was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I know the building is old, but the climb up to the room was a little treacherous. The stairs were uneven and we almost tripped a couple times. Inside the room, it smelled a little musty, but opening the windows helped. The bed was pretty hard and somewhat uncomfortable. The shower and the shower doors were strange and made it a little uncomfortable. There was no shelf inside the shower to put your soap, etc. The bathroom was small and lacked storage for toiletries, etc. All the mini bar items were for sale and nothing was complementary.
