Liked: The complementary breakfast was beautiful and very well equipped. The staff was very attentive and we couldn’t have been more pleased.
Disliked: No elevator

Liked: Breakfast and comfy bed.The room this stay had a much nicer bathroom than the last a month ago.Free Mini bar choice of 1 beer, 1 water and 1 Cola.
Disliked: Again no Sky TV video available :( When I asked the receptionist for assistance or some explanation I received only a short sharp response that I would have to "flick through myself" as she had no idea. Disappointing to advertise in hotel rooms that it is available when it is apparently not!

The breakfast and breakfast service...

Liked: Breakfast and comfortable bed.Quiet location and yet not far from the motorway.
Disliked: Bathroom somewhat shabby: washbasin had a very large crack in it (luckily no notice of leaking water) and a new coat of paint needed around bathroom door inside as peeling;Unpleasant smell coming from bathroom and unable to shut its door without locking it with the key;No hand soap supplied; only small portion each of shampoo and shower gel (which I used to wash hands);TV remote on/off switch didn't function; no available instructions, so had to ask at reception how to switch it on. Unplugged at mains later to switch off. Sky tv Flyer in room but when I clicked on Sky channel "no video available" to watch :(
