Disliked: Everything. Smelled like mold and mildew. Desk check-in didn't speak English. Was falling apart all over. Had big roaches.

Liked: I was originally set to stay at the harrison with a double bed for my family but instead we were moved to the one50 with a small queen bed for my large family.

Bait and switch

Disliked: The day before we were set to arrive our reservation was changed to one of their sister hotels. We were told it was a better hotel but it was many blocks away from where we had planned on being while in town and we had no car so had to walk it. Also, they told us 3 days after the last day we could cancel for free so we were just stuck with the change.

Liked: the outdoor area is very pleasant
Disliked: it does not have an elevator

Disliked: Wouldn’t recommend. Chose this place because it was “convenient” for my cruise but the staff upon arrival was VERY rude, the rooms were ugly and out of date… had roaches EVERYWHERE in the room… absolutely disgusting.
