Liked: The staff were great and very helpful
Disliked: A room for two, but only one chair to sit on.The single beds were simply a split up double bed - th mattresses kept sliding away and getting stuck to each other, that wasn't comfortable

Liked: The room size and bathroom were nice. Breakfast decent
Disliked: In summer it gets really warm without airconditioning. This was really needed. Had a few nights with less sleep because of this.

Excellent location, basic hotel without...

Liked: Tram stop right outside the hotel, 20 minute walk to the Old Town Square, Lidl and kebab shops within a minute's walk. The breakfast was good and the ladies in the breakfast room lovely. Reception staff helpful. Good amount of storage in the room and able to leave luggage on the day we arrived and left.
Disliked: The room was a little dated and because we were there in a heatwave it was very hot. A fan was supplied but it would have been nice if the sheets had been changed every night. They give tiny plates at breakfast which means everyone has to get up more than once and creates more traffic around the breakfast area.

Disliked: The TV was the size of a postage stamp and placed to far away to see clearly by my older eyesIt was rather hot in prague, they could either invest in bigger room fans or air conditioning

Liked: The location is excellent, the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very nice with variety of options for everyone’s liking.
Disliked: the rooms seemed a bit old, without ac and with bad ventilation. We were in the Prague at the heat wave and the room was hot. It was not an option to open the window during the night, as there is a tram stop next to the hotel. However they had a small ventilator in the room.
