Good hotel with nice location

Liked: It’s literally next to the Valle de Cortés metro station . Nothing to complaint about.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Liked: It had a bed and a hot shower
Disliked: Arrived early having emailed the hotel about time of arrival, was told if they had a free room no problem instead got charged for a room for 6 hours as it wouldn’t be my room told to come back 3 different staff told I was staying in same room, woken in the morning by death metal being played at full volume for an hour, reception did nothing and room wasn’t cleaned for the whole stay.
