Smells bad and they kept...

Disliked: The place is very old and smells very bad. I asked them to change my room and they were fully booked. Therefore I was changing hotels. I already paid by card, then the front desk clerk told me he didn’t know how to cancel a payment but that I shouldn’t worry that the money was going to be reimbursed to my bank account on Monday. Next day 22:30 I received an email from him that the hotel was not reimbursing the money back.120 euros for a terrible experience with this hotel. Definitely much better options for the same price in Hamburg and in the St. Pauli area.

Great stay.

Liked: Nice location. Clean rooms. Helpful staff (in particular, the man who worked on Sunday, 21st April, in the morning. Nice breakfast.
