Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: Don't ruin your experience in Hamburg for less 20 euros. We stayed in April, and the room was so cold (around 8°C) that we couldn’t even take off our jackets. But at the reception, it was completely warm—you could comfortably stay in just a t-shirt.When we told the receptionist the radiator wasn’t working and the room was freezing, he dismissed us, saying, “It’s April, I can’t do anything”.I asked, “So it’s not April for the reception area?” He just shrugged, as if to say, “It is what it is.”We couldn’t sleep comfortably that night. Definitely not worth saving a few euros.

Disliked: The location seemed nice. But it was in a crowded area on the street. I didn't have any trouble.

Liked: Location was good. Room was clean.
Disliked: The WiFi didn’t work at all. TV remote wasn’t working. The telephone at the reception was faulty, couldn’t speak to the reception. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable either.
