Beautiful hotel in excellent setting....

Liked: Centrally located for Town. Beautiful hotel in lovely setting opposite the harbour. The room was very spacious ( family suite) , spotlessly clean and lovely furnishings. The staff were so lovely & helpful.

Liked: The team is very engaged to help and welcome customers.Fantastic breakfast and very good dinner at the Columbus restaurant.Nice SPA area even if no swimming pool.The room is large and well furnished

Good facilities, bad experience with...

Liked: The facilities are OK. The staff did not act in helping me with double booked reservation and from the check in they said nothing could be done, even booking.com did not help. I feel tricked by this hotel, bad experience
Disliked: When checking in, the hotel staff to check with the manager what is supposed to do in case of double-booked reservation

Liked: Rooms were fantastic. Breakfast very good however a bit expensive to my taste. Staff was helpful but the check in is a bit complex. The area around the reception is very good for having a drink and talk to friends.
Disliked: Check in could be done easier and faster

Liked: The hotel was gorgeous and the amenities were amazing. The room was super comfortable and big. The restaurant was excellent, too bad I forgot to book the Christmas dinner beforehand. But we still enjoyed our stay. I can highly recommend the hotel for a perfect getaway.
