Disliked: No complains

Great hotel for price.

Liked: Great staff, comfortable rooms, great location for our visit.
Disliked: Few minor issues at first with the heater but the staff took care of it right away.

Liked: The room it had everything what we needed. I like the style and the beds. I also like that the bathroom had a vent. Excellent customer service.
Disliked: I'm not sure if it had an elevator, but we used the stairs since they're were In front.

Good for the price.

Liked: Nice and clean the staff was really nice and professional the area is nice and safe and there are some shops around in case you need anything on your trip.
Disliked: The beds are not comfortable so if you suffer from a bad back or body aches this is not the place for you. Would like a mini fridge to put some cold drinks away.

Liked: staff were very good, helpfull
Disliked: the first night we did not have hot water they have a problem with the boiler

Great location to stay in...

Liked: Great location in the Zona Rio of Tijuana. It's a 5 minute walk to several good restaurants. Hotel room was clean and very nice. The staff was very helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations. The hotel includes breakfast.
