Disliked: The front desk staff was very cold, but the cleaning crew was nicer. The room had no microwave, mini-fridge, hair dryer, or face towels. I mean, if you do not care much about these essentials, you will be fine but I felt they were necessary. The room lacked towels and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The location is very convenient, about an 8-minute walk from the Zocalo. The hotel does not have a conventional lobby. No breakfast are, very straight forward in terms of in and out. Unfortunately, because I care so much about costumer service, I will not be staying here again and I will consider staying somewhere where the front desk staff are very welcoming and friendly.
