Very good
Liked: Excellent breakfast, very quiet room with a good air conditioner. Staff were very nice. Location is superb, just across the station.
Disliked: The room was not clean as I would expect a 5 star hotel. Also facilities and comfort could be better.

Stylish hotel in a fantastic...
Liked: Beautiful hotel, really nice rooms. Seems either well maintained or recently renovated. The sap was lovely with the hot tub and sauna a welcome break after a long journey. The rooftop bar was appealing and vibrant, but we decided to explore the town instead. The town is fantastic to visit as well, with a large ber/restaurant area just a block over from the hotel, giving this place a great location.
Disliked: Parking is limited at the hotel, and a little tight. But thats it, not much they could do about it to be fair, but when asked for a negative thats all I have.

I had a very pleasant...
Liked: Great location across from the train station. Within walking distance of local bars/restaurants and Sonbeek Park
Disliked: Pillows were very poor. There was no milk provided for tea although I got some from the receptionist.

Great hotel, great value for...
Liked: Incredible value for money. Room although small was big enough. We were slightly worried about the noise from the train and bus station nearby (& the lift nest to the room) but the sound proofing was excellent. Good shower if a very small cubicle. We also hired bikes from the hotel which was a nice touch. The parking at the hotel is limited so we parked at train station. You can get a ticket from the hotel to give you a discount.
Disliked: There was a roof top bar which never seemed to be open and the bar downstairs wasn’t open either apart from our last day. That said you can buy drinks from a fridge near reception and the team will provide you with glasses.

Luxury stay in The heart...
Liked: The staff were fantastic, the room was lovely, the hotel and facilities are wonderful! The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Arnhem and beyond! The barrel sauna in the room was brilliant as was the outdoor space.The spa saunas & hot tub are available until quite late (9pm I believe) at no extra cost.The decorations in the room for my fiancé's birthday and the cake were brilliant.
Disliked: Nothing, we had a wonderful stay from start to finish!I would highly recommend this hotel!

Beautifully decorated, excellent location!
Liked: The hotel is very beautifully decorated throughout, with restaurant, cafe, patisserie, bar, many lounge areas. You just need to cross the road from the station and town center is 3 mins walk. Many restaurants, shops and mini markets around. My room was at the back of the hotel so it was quiet.
Disliked: I had in mind to stay 6 nights but my room was very small, I could hardly move. No space to hang my clothes and the bed was too high and too soft. So, I stayed 2 nights only and moved to another hotel across the street that had double size room for the rest 4 nights.
