Disliked: Aircond in the room is very noisy Our kids room had a portable aircond and there is water all over the floor all the time. Staff is aware of the issue but can’t fix it. The bed is too soft it’s uncomfortable

In the heart of Strasbourg

Liked: We were traveling by bicycle and were able to store our bikes in the basement. We chose one of the quirky attic rooms which was fun. One must be able-bodied and no taller than 6 feet to comfortably maneuver through the space. The bathroom is upstairs. The hotel makes these nuances cleae on their website. We had a view outside our window of the Strasbourg Cathedral and were able to watch the light show at night. Gluten-free bread was available at breakfast. The fresh, homemade yogurts were delicious.The hotel is located in the heart of the old city. Everything is an easy walk.
Disliked: The hotel had issues with their wifi while we were there. The staff worked diligently to correct the issues and always informed the guests.

Disliked: They need to look at their atic rooms being single rooms and not double. Thankfully, they moved us to a larger double room. The manager and the staff were very understanding and very nice people good assets to the hotel.
