Mixed feelings

Liked: The location is perfect. 2 minute walk away from the Cathedral. The staff are courteous and premises are spic and span. Room size was good too.
Disliked: The amenities for the room included air-conditioning, but we could not use the AC, as the hotel said they only provide it in "summer". I felt a bit cheated, since I had booked the room on this premise. When I requested a fan, I was told that all the fans had already been given to the other guests, and so it was suggested that we open our windows to cool the room. We did so, but it only gave partal relief from the heat. So, this aspect of the stay was certainly disappointing.Also, the toilet is separate and did not have a wash basin, which was quite inconvenient.:(

Lovely stay at the heart...

Liked: The location was perfect, right in the center. Lovely staff. We asked for restaurant advice, and they helped us finding a table in a nice restaurant (S’Thomas Stuebel) We stayed in the deluxe room which was very spacious. Also got the breakfast, very delicious, and there was even homemade yoghurt. If we come to Strasbourg, we will definitely stay here again.
