Meh it was alright. Not...

Liked: Staff was nice and polite hotel was just okay.
Disliked: Neighbors were loud for 2 hrs+ middle of night our hotel room was okay but had ripped carpet. Hot tub was main reason we hoped to stay at this location amd it was closed. Also the maps are confusing when I booked I wanted holiday inn. It then directed to hotel gurnee but also says The Ten hotel.. so which is it actually? Thats sketch.

Disliked: The pool closed too early to be able to utilize it, the breakfast provided was one of the smallest I have experienced at other hotels

Has ups and downs

Liked: Room was spaciousLobby was nice and clean Staff was friendly
Disliked: -Had to leave when we first got there so they could fix our AC - had teenagers who needed to shower before dinner plans and that all got ruined. -Breakfast wasn't what was expected -King room had no door privacy to the front room.-The toilet sounded like it was going to take off like a plane when you were to flush it.
