Disliked: No power in my room one side had power and the TV side of the room had no power

Disliked: The shower was awful, no power whatsoever. There were rips in the carpeting. It was difficult to navigate the apps on the tv, what was available and what was inactive. The staff was not helpful.

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Power surge took out power to half of my room multiple days. Maintenence fixed it the first day it happened. The day before I left I was working online in the room. I called the desk to explain it happened again, employee said they would look into it and call me back-90 minutes later, no call and still half the room with no power- employees had changed shifts and the current desk employee had not been informed about power issue. Same thing, was going check with maintenance and call me back. Never heard from them. Doors are propped open by people that live there and go out to smoke all day long. So no access security. Pool had no heater, ice cold. Hot tub is under repairs. Fitness center is in pool room access. So it doesn't open until 6am. A few employees let me work out before but it was an unexpected nuisance to not be able to work out as an early riser every day. Breakfast is bagels or oatmeal, some fresh fruit, or a gogurt tube or packaged muffins. That was the same all week.

Unsatisfied!

Disliked: Breakfast was unacceptable. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that provided a much better breakfast option. I also had to endure a room that had no air conditioning and the issue was not addressed at all

Never again

Liked: Rotten fruit with bugs and expired milk were offered but misleading online saying free bfast and nothing to offer.
Disliked: Rooms were dirty I had to be moved then staff was rude ...pretty sure they stole my daughter's dead gpas sweatshirt and denied it then the bfast was such a joke. Never will I recommend this place when I had expressed this to desk they ignored me. And workers out smoking right where I was and told to move outside

Good

Liked: I liked the space the suit offered.
Disliked: The lady who checked us in seemed irritable. The bathroom toilet in our room was dirty. The pool was also a bit dirty. I paid almost $300 for a one night stay with complementary breakfast they only offered bagels, oatmeal packets, banana/oranges plus drinks. For that amount of money I expected much better service.
