Liked: The hotel is beautiful, and everyone went above and beyond. They fit us into the 8:30 am breakfast with elves when we booked last minute; they even gave us two passes that were donated by another guest who couldn’t make it. What really impressed me was how they sought us out to offer the passes after initially telling us the time slot was sold out. Also, when I was up well before their coffee shop opened, the first person on duty made me and the other early bird a cup anyway. The restaurant was delicious, and the location was amazing. We’ll definitely be back.
