Great place to stay in...

Liked: The stuff was very professional and friendly. People on reception helped us with our bags after the check out let us leave the car on the hotel parking so we can enjoy our wine tasting even gave us umbrella when it was raining! Top of the top!!

Nice hotel for visiting Florence!

Liked: Spa is really nice, room was comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the drinking water policy, with a reusable bottle in the room, and multiple refill stations in the hotel.
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit cramped, and the breakfast area was a bit limited. Location wise - it's about a 20 minute bus journey into town. You gotta check the bus times!

A great value stay in...

Liked: A clean and welcoming hotel with a lovely energy throughout. It had an authentic Italian charm, which really added to the experience. While the walk to the city centre is a bit long, it gave us the chance to see so much more of Florence — little streets and sights we might have missed if we’d stayed closer in.
Disliked: We weren’t completely sold on the breakfast, but with so many great spots to eat in the city, it wasn’t a problem.

Liked: The property had the friendliest staff that were keen to assist! The facilities were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
Disliked: A bit out from the centre (we knew this ahead of time, but worth pointing out). It was easy getting into town with bus 14 and it took about 15 minutes at most.

Excellent stay with Grifone

Liked: The location is around 4 km from the train station. The overall experience was great and staff was really helpful and charming. They were very hospitable. The room came with a balcony and which gave a good experience. The hotel was well maintained and so was the room. It is a great hotel to chose :)
Disliked: Food options were mainly near santa maria , that was the only downside.

Exceptional

Clean, comfortable, easy public transport...

Liked: The staff was great. We arrived late and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! The room was clean and spacious. I would stay again.
