Liked: We stayed a couple of nights, arrived very late at night the staff were very helpful and accomodating. The room was clean and spacous. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel made it easy to walk to most of the important areas of the city. We would definately come back to this hotel.

Relaxing and enjoyable boutique hotel!

Liked: Boutique style hotel with lovely rooms and great location in San Francisco! Nicest employees! Very comfortable beds! Quiet and safe!

Fabulous room and location and...

Liked: They were happy to store our bikes for us! (Call ahead first) Made it a great weekend. Very nice staff. Comfy beds. Quiet room facing the street. Awesome location near tons of great food, bars, coffee, bike lanes and chase center.
Disliked: Pillows were a little on the big side.

Liked: Good location and nice idea to give free water.
Disliked: Walls are thin , you can hear people walking above you and besides you in early mornings. The curtains don't close fully and restaurant shuts early
