Small euro style boutique hotel....
Liked: This is a simple, small boutique hotel in the heart of South Beach. The rooms are clean but small. There are no amenities like a coffee machine in the room, or free coffee in the lobby, but there is a lovely counter cafe on the property for coffee, snacks, etc. It feels like a small European hotel, definitely not like a sprawling American style hotel/motel. I appreciated that this is an adults only hotel. The decor is simple, but comfortable, the rooms are small, the bldg is historic art deco. It is located next to a night club, we were able to shut the double doors and play white noise to not be bothered, but I can see there is a potential to be disturbed by the thumping music. The rate was fair in comparison with other hotels nearby.
Disliked: The lack of free coffee either in the room, or a coffee service in the lobby. This is a basic amenity offered at most hotels, basic to luxury.
