Beautiful hotel with exceptionally good...

Liked: Hotel Greystone really felt like a home away from home. Everybody was really nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beach chairs and the rooftop bar. If you get the chance, try the Severene Restaurant. We had a great Thanksgiving dinner there.
Disliked: Our room facing the street was really loud on the weekend. The hotel provided us with earplugs. If you’re comfortable wearing them, you should be fine. My ears are just so small that they hurt me after a couple of hours.

Liked: Location was great and staff were really friendly. I was only in Miami for a quick visit but I would come back to this hotel in the future for sure.

Disliked: No coffee making facilities in room. View from bedroom looked into building next door. We were asked before stay if there was a special occasion, although we gave details, no mention was made during stay

Liked: Staff were amazing, rooftop pool area was nice and it was an easy stroll to Ocean Dr.The foyer and bar area were nice areas to enjoy.
Disliked: Our garden terrace room wasn't well insulated against noise. Unfortunately we were woken up several times throughout the night due to a closeby nightclub and the road traffic noise. In fairness, they did have ear buds on the bedside but I could still hear the noise while using them.

Liked: Very nice and stylish - would call it a Small Luxury Hotel with exceptional nice staff!
Disliked: Location is perfect, such a nice reception staff and management with lots of real good tips to eat/go/be! Room very nice! Pool on rooftop is very nice to relax!
