Love this hotel!

Liked: My home away from home when in Portland. This hotel is super clean, modern and comfy. I just love staying here. And the staff is always so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking is tough. But no fault of the hotel

Lacking in personality despite design...

Liked: Comfortable bed and very quiet room
Disliked: Floor in bathroom was dirty and dusty, towels were small, bodywash was empty, Restaurant downstairs was overpriced with average service (server spilt or drinks and sniffed our tea to check which is which) Took 40 minutes to get our food and portions were very small.

Disliked: The valet fee is a bit high and I wish the fridge in the room was usable, no one uses minibars.

Liked: Great from check in to check out. We loved the room with all of the amenities as well as the on site bar. It is in a great location close to restaurants and more. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. I will be staying here every time I go to Portland!
Disliked: Would like to see a little nicer continental breakfast such as a toaster for a bagel or some fruit, etc. Coffee was good though!
