Liked: Nice restaurant with good service, shuttle service on time, room was very clean, beds were good.
Disliked: Noisy "party" with very loud music inside somewhere, at 1 am. Limited food options in morning cafeteria. Nothing around the hotel and in a shady area, so it's good for staying the night but don't plan to have any activities nearby.

Liked: There was a shuttle to take us from the airport to the hotel very safe and a clean transport. the rooms were clean and spacious. nice decoration overall good stay

Not what I expected

Liked: I was able to walk to Palacio de Los Deportes which is about a 15 minute walk into the venue and the hotel seems to have been recently remodeled.
Disliked: I had two issues with this property. First is they allowed people who were not staying to roam the different floors and the elevators walking with no wristband (which you are given at check-in showing you are a guest). Second tbe AC unit smelled bad could have fungus or something I caught a nasty respiratory infection after leaving the hotel plus it's extremely loud.Last, if you request a late checkout even an hour they request a payment of 1,000 pesos.
