It was so lovely to...

Liked: the view from our 8th floor balcony was a city view. It was so perfect! We could hear the clip-clop of the horse and buggys as they travelled down our road. The bagpipers were playing across the road from our hotel. We watched not 1, not 2 BUT three lovely ships arrive early evening and watched them depart, fully lit up in the night. We enjoyed in room breakfast service before checking out in the morning. It's the first time I've been out of town since COVID!. Thank you for the lovely visit.
Disliked: We are used to a HUGE wall mounted TV at home. This rooms TV was tiny. However we weren't there to sit and watch TV!

The best place to stay...

Liked: The excellent porters services and the helpfull desk clerks giving all the informations we needed. We intended to stay one night but they managed to book us another night in the same room. The location is fantastic and really close to a lot of great restaurants and entertainment. I have been recommanding your hotel to a lot of people and hope to stay at your hotel again soon. Also the food on the patio was great.
Disliked: Just to be able to stay longer.

Lovely staff, location & leisure...

Liked: Great location. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Lovely pool and other leisure facilities.
Disliked: Hotel room was tired and needed updating. Still having a TV in a cupboard seemed very old school and poor use of space and with other furniture in there also unnecessary. Our mattress was super hard whereas other Queen was much more comfortable so gave that to our son.

Very pleased with my stay.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff beginning with early checkin.
Disliked: No issues.

Fabulous place, top notch!

Liked: Outstanding restaurant and bar, great staff, easy parking, location, location, location! Wonderful room with a small balcony and a harbor view. And right across from the Ferry Terminal! Will definitely stay here again!
