Overall, a comfortable and pleasant...

Liked: I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety to choose from each morning. The staff were exceptionally helpful and always friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was super comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and would happily stay here again.
Disliked: If I had to mention one thing, it’s that the rooms—especially the bathroom—could benefit from a bit of renovation to freshen them up. Still, overall, it was a lovely stay and I’d be happy to return.

Great staff, good breakfast, room...

Liked: Great staff, always supportive. Breakfast is also very good, had all the basics: cereals, yogurt, coffee, water, juice, scrambled eggs, bread, cheese and some cold cuts. We were able to enjou the meals.
Disliked: Room cleanliness is lacking. There was a layer of dust on top of the desk where the TV was placed. Also, the TV was covering a larger mirror, making it useless. Besides that, no air conditioning, and the mattress and pillow were too thin, so we had back pain when waking up. And due to the heat, we left the windows open, and the surrounding was somewhat noisy.

Disliked: Second night was a lot of young people and they were making noise, it was a shame, but not the fault of the hotel, of course

Nice hotel outside of Krakow.

Liked: The location was great for visiting our family in the area outside of Krakow. The room was nice, bed linens clean, and fresh towels daily. The staff was friendly and courteous. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return again.
Disliked: The bathroom is ok but the shower needs a deep cleaning. In the evening there was often a group of people standing outside smoking infront of the hotel entrance doors.
