It worse its money but...

Liked: Room was nice, not big. But clean and seems relatively new built. Location is great. In historical center but not noisy part already.Next to casino if someone will need it (not us).
Disliked: No soap, no holder for shampoo in shower. Seems like 3 stars.In the breakfast only 2-3 persons from client and almost no service people. After waiting 5min to buy coffee it was easy to find one outside.

Liked: Very close to old town
Disliked: The restaurant bar was close at 10 o’clock when you are proud to hotel at this time in summer every looks like that class a breakfast adults and children have exactly the same price which in my opinion is completely wrong as our children either should eat for free or paid half of the price That was rip off of the family to pay a breakfast for children very expensiveThey don’t have access to UPS

Liked: The spacious and fancy room, perfectly temperature controlled ventilation. A safe is available in the room. The staff is helpful and polite.
Disliked: The nightclub and karaoke-bar are way too close to the hotel building that makes terrible staying during the weekend, at least( the soundproofing is awful, we had heard the conversation of people outside even the windows had been closed. No mini bar or refrigerator( However, the space is specifically made for it.

Overall good stay with a...

Liked: The location was awesome. For the price/value/location, it was reasonable. The beds were great. The shower acceptable. The staff that were friendly were great!
Disliked: The weather was between 27-30 degrees Celsius during our stay. The AC didn't work unless I called the front desk and they turned it on. And then it required the window to be opened and closed for some sort of sensor work. Annoying to say the least but fine, I will work around it. But what really made it worse was one of the main reception folks was rude to me. I just wanted to sleep in a room that wasn't an oven. And given the nature of the hotel I figured things would "just work". Given that the second night the AC was on, I got a great night's rest.
