Liked: Met criteria
Disliked: Check in at 3.00pm ridiculous .No lift from the car park. It is unreasonable to expect guests to carry or wheel their luggage such a long way.

Lovely hotel with a couple...

Liked: Everything about the room was great
Disliked: The air conditioning was set to 19 degrees and I was cold. When I asked how to change the temperature, staff said it could not be changed, and brought me a heater. That must cost the hotel a fortune in electrical energy costs to maintain it 3 degrees below optimum.The second item was that the car park was under another building down the street, no direct lift access for luggage. That was a real nuisance
