Disliked: Being harassed by local natives drunk and sitting and standing around entrance of hotel at night

Disliked: On arrival I parked inside the signed parking for hotel at the front of motel and wasn’t given any notice to move or shown other parking spaces for hotel guests. My car was towed away incurring $350 impound fee . No communication

Disappointing Stay – Some Good,...

Liked: Disappointing Stay – Some Good, But Not Worth the PriceWe stayed for just one night and overall, it was quite disappointing. The room was very small and definitely overpriced for what we got. The most concerning issue was the balcony — the railings were dangerously low for a 12th-floor room. It felt genuinely unsafe, especially if you have children.On arrival, the late-night check-in staff gave poor directions for parking and how to find our room. We, were lost and wandering for about 45 minutes.That said, breakfast the next morning was fantastic — it was a big hit with my son especially the pancakes, and the coffee was lovely. It's just unfortunate the rest of the experience didn’t match the quality of the breakfast.Wouldn’t stay again based on safety and service issues.
