Very good

Liked: I like everything except the bed.
Disliked: The bed is rough to my skin. I only sleep for few hours

Superb

Liked: Free upgrade was much appreciated as it was our anniversary. No balcony which didn't matter. Location was perfect for us.
Disliked: Traffic noise from the street at night seemed to echo but still slept reasonably well. Annoying that one elevator was being replaced but wasn't too bad.

Liked: Our room was very clean and comfortable, with everything well maintained. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful, which made our short stay pleasant. The hotel's location was perfect, literally walking distance to everything! Convenience store right next to hotel and Korean bbq and snack (win!). Close to QV and Melbourne Central which are my fave places in town!
Disliked: I’m a smoker, so I usually look for hotels with a balcony where I can relax and enjoy the view. Unfortunately, after checking in I found that our balcony was a non-smoking zone, and the view wasn’t the best. Another teeny weeny downside was the parking. Before booking, I called the hotel to confirm car park costs and was told it was $45 for 24 hours. We checked in at 2:30pm, but the next day when we spoke to the car park attendant, he told us it wasn’t 24 hours and that we had to collect the car by 12pm. This threw off our plans for the day, which was a little disappointing, but we managed to work around it.
